6 Ways on How to Beat Stress after Work




Ecotheraphy
By this term we mean healing and growth nurtured by healthy interaction with the earth.
Outside activities like doing a bit of work in your back garden, taking walks, hiking, spending more time outside the
 house, you connect with nature and it  improves mental health. This is very beneficial to those suffering from
depression, stress and anxiety.

Sex 
Whoever said you can’t have sex after work or a long day is wrong getting in on the action won’t just be a physical joyride,  it calms the mind. Sex lowers your low blood pressure, reduces tension,
relaxes your mind and body, reduces heart attack problems and prostate cancer and makes sleep easy.
Please don’t fool around in other ways or abstain from sex because your body releases love hormone(oxytocin)
Work can be very stressful, having intercourse daily for 2weeks help cell growth in the hippocampus, a part of the brain that keeps stress levels under control. “Sexually active people take fewer sick days,”
says Yvonne K. Fulbright, PhD a sexual health expert.

Eat healthy
Stress and nutrition are always linked up together. By eating healthy we mean a nutritious healthy diet.
Few examples of food we can take to avoid stress are: Sunflower seeds, spinach, almonds, asparagus, shell
pistachios and crack walnuts are good sources of vitamin E&B which helps prevent oxidative stress
by working together with a group of nutrients that prevent oxygen molecules from becoming too reactive,
like vitamin B&C .

Time with family
Many people when they get home first thing is to check mobile messages--from there email, facebook etc. They are forgetting about the children or partners they have.The little time they have is shared between family and gadgets-kind of saying ‘well am home care enough to be home with you, but not having enough time to give you my full attention’ 

The face to face talk with your loved ones reduces your stress and is important. Sit down and chat.

Get an instrument
Having an instrument increases self control and is good for children as well. Going for music lessons can be a great way to increase willpower. You can have a piano, guitar, brass or woodwinds etc.

Willpower is often a muscle, and the more it is used that’s the stronger it becomes.

Get enough hours of sleep
Stress can upset the balance between sleep and wakefulness. Here can’t say much as people differ.

A 22 year old woman grow potato roots in vagina

 
A 22 year old Columbian woman placed a potato inside her vagina as birth control.
She visited a local clinic complaining of abdominal pain. Upon examination, doctors discovered that an ill-advised contraceptive attempt  from her mother had led the woman to use a potato as a form of  birth controller.

The woman according to Colombian reports, she placed the potato inside herself and let it chill there for about two weeks. At that point the potato grew roots and suddenly the woman is some kind of incubator for an alien potato baby came to the hospital seeking treatment for intense abdominal pains, and doctors were shocked by what they found  a potato that, over the course of two weeks, had germinated inside her vagina. The patient’s nurse discovered roots literally growing out of the woman’s nether regions. “My mum told me that if I didn’t want to get pregnant, I should put a potato up there, and I believed her." she said.
Luckily, doctors were able to remove the potato without any surgery. The girl thankfully won’t suffer any lasting damage, except maybe not wanting to eat any potatoes for awhile.

Nelson Mandela Funeral 15/12.13












South African president Jacob Zuma has announced that former president Nelson Mandela's funeral will be held on Sunday, 15 December 2013 in the Eastern Cape village of Qunu.
Mandela's body will lie in state at government buildings in Pretoria from Dec.11 until the burial.

Nelson Mandela dies. A hero to both blacks and whites.









Nelson Rholihlahla Mandela age 95, died  after a prolonged lung infection at his home in Johannesburg on Thursday.His death has left a vacuum not a void.

 "With the passing of Nelson Mandela, the world has lost a towering statesman and the outstanding political leader of his generation.
"Mr Mandela's integrity, humanity and compassion were an inspiration to countless millions around the globe, and his influence transcended ideology, race and creed," Scotland first minister, Mr Salmond said.


 “I will never forget the time I spent with President Mandela.
“Even before I met him, he was one of my heroes. But during the opening ceremony of the Special Olympics in South Africa, I had the opportunity to stand with him in his former jail cell at Robben Island to light the torch, and his legend grew before my eyes.
“He told me about his struggles, his time in captivity, his persecution and oppression. Most people would have had nothing in their heart but revenge, but all President Mandela had was forgiveness", said Arnold Schwarzenegger. Nelson Mandela has not inspired only just us as South Africans, he has touched many people globally.
